Review gaming Oppo f11 pro Pubg Mobile
so the up or f/11 probe may not supportthe nippy escape set out there but it is definitely designed with gamers in mind for a start you like gorgeous fun for the display which gives you a clear view of any sniper gets hiding out in the
bushes they've got the excellent game space feature as well to help manage
your resources block notifications and so on and there is some impressive
battery tech in there as well to help keep you pub G and all day long and get
you charged up in a jiffy so to show off the given price of the OPo or f/11 Pro
I'm gonna get blastin on some pubG explore all those great gaming features
see how good the performance really is and then test out the battery tech as
well and for loads warned the f11 pron couldn't in depth look at the color OS 6
software don't forget to bug subscribe
and dig that notifications Vell and check out my other videos Jezz so as far
as the performance cause the Opo f11 pro sports a mediatek helio p70 chipset
which was launched in October 2018 this is a 12 nanometer solution with a
processor clocked at 2.1 gigahertz and is backed here in the f11 pro by either
4 or 6 gigs of ram and those Geekbench
for scores basically confirm that the opera telephone port will not be trouble
in any premium smartphones when it comes to the performance the single core score
of 1576 and the multi-core score of five thousand nine hundred forty six are
quite reminiscent of the kind of results you got from Qualcomm Snapdragon 835
chipset that is of course a couple of years all now in found in the likes of
Samsung's Galaxy S it's this definitely isn't one of the most premium 20-19
performers all the sim Apple's color OS version 6 makes its debut on the f11 pro
bringing with it the hyper boost feature this does a solid job of keeping every
day running nice and smooth you won't see any DeLeo like when you're opening
apps flickered through menus heading back to the desktops
so on and so on now that hyper boost feature means that the Opera FLM employs
also specially optimized for running a handful of games 11 in total all popular
efforts such as rear of Allah and of course pub G more well so a good news
for gamers offers excellent game space app is back in action here in color OS
version 6 on the f11 pro this just handily gathers all of your games together in one place as a whole bunch of extra bonus game and features as well the brightness lock is definitely handy
if you're moving about at the same time this game just to make sure you can
still keep an eye on what's actually going on you got a choice of different
modes that you can flick between depend on how resource intensive your game is
as well so you're playing something like pubg mobile it's definitely worth going into that high performance mods as you see if it's just coal some of the background tasks just make sure your phone is ready to be dedicated towards that game you
can also block any banners and other pop-ups which is definitely handy and
you can also block all incoming calls you're not interrupted by your boss or
anyone like that you even get a handy little estimate of
how much battery life you have remain and depending on which mode you've stuck
it in just dive into the sentence you
get a couple of bonus little bits here as well so for instance you just hide
away all your games icons from your home screen so you can just access the more
through game space instead and you can see where the game space itself actually
appears on the home screen or not to so let's jump on in to a bit of pubsey more
about now while you're actually in the middle of a game you can call up the
Oppel game space settings at any point with a quick swipe from the left side of
the screen as you can see here this quickly allows you to access features
such as that do not disturb so you can toggle that on and off and also the
reject call feature - you can actually record whatever action is going on if
you want to shut off your display a lit or online you can even bring up the

likes of whatsapp and Facebook Messenger and other supported apps in a tiny
little window so you can actually reply to real-life people that you're actually
know while you're busy blasting strangers in the face online great stuff
now as you can see the default settings in pub G bar bar on the oppo f11 pro or
medium term got the resources or at least saw pub G mobile claims to boost
it up to the high detail levels so as you can see there if you're diamon into
the sense we're playing on the balanced graphics level with the medium frame
rates let's see how this does now what those detail levels pub G mobile was
perfectly playable on the oppo f11 pro
the frame rate was consistently good I didn't lost a couple of little drop outs
when the action got very intense especially if you're plowing across the
landscape in some sort of vehicle
however on the whole it was apps that you find anywhere the fair few gunfights
going on it once it caught generally well with the game and even on the
special Resident Evil 2 mod which has quite a lot of zombies and other enemies
packed on there on the screen at the same time as well again pop G mobile was
perfectly playable that's for the battery performance of the opo f11 pro
while playing with pubG mobile that again impressed the smartphone has a
mighty 4000 million cells stuffed inside and the family even when gaming with a
high performance mode through games fears I managed to get around 7
hours of non-stop pub G action before every charge was needed that stands up
tall along with the best of them such as the while we meet 20 Pro and that's
everything you need to know about the pub G mobile experience on the up or
f/11 pro
go check out my other element videos for all you need to know about this handset

Review Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro
there are definitely a lot of things that I don't know but if there's one thing I know for sure is that the xiaomi redmi note 7 doesn't really need an introduction because i guess we all knowwhy you're here you want to know if this is the new king of badges in 2019 so let's just find out
and start off with the overview of what I have here in my hands which is the xiaomi redmi note 7 obviously in black but of course it's available in different colors as well to know enterprise it packs glass on its front and even though it typically for Xiaomi has actually quite a good oleophobic
coating I've also noticed that when the screen is on you see while and use more smear than on some other phones maybe not a huge tip for some but definitely worth mentioning and this time we also
have glass on the back with all its pros and cons - I'm definitely not gonna get into in this video but if you want to protect that glass back we get a pretty nice working black see-through case that almost extra extra book fits very snug and adds extra grip unfortunately don't know protection off the front but I still like it quite a lot because it's
in the box redmi note 7 pro
and you get it for free so why not just use it other than that ever so slightly higher placed on the back we have the fingerprint reader that works are pretty good as you can see it reliablebut also not quite as typically Xiaomi fast there is a little bit of a delay and there is a little bit of animation I don't know quite why but in the past I've also seen those fingerprint readers
getting faster with updates and that should also happen with the face unlock because what happens every time is like it takes a second to think what should I do
Oh face unlock and then it happens so this one I've seen ready already a lot faster camera produce on the back a little bit sites are grippy and once again I'm applauding them for the button placement it's so well an easy convenient to reach they almost don't
wiggle at all we have two things that we don't usually see that often anymore on phones the headphone jack and an IR blaster along with it typically still
their microphone SD card and SIM card tray USB type-c speaker on the right mic on the left we have also tiny middle wide only notification LED they are not quite sure who it would help because people sometimes just rely on them and just a so tiny small one I don't think will help which is a little bit bigger but not an issue for me is the knotch I mean it doesn't really bother me but there are two things that I have to man first of all why is it bigger in terms of the status but then it needs to be
and why is there an option to hide it maybe this will come in future updates but they could have made this more subtle I mean obviously also as you can see the side belts aren't the smallest
ones but I'm okay with that this is a budget phone after all but what I have
to say is absolutely great especially in
this price range is to build quality
this phone feels overall so smooth so well executed and it is also a little bit smaller than most other phones with 6.2 inches in this stretch design it isway nicer to hold then I think the Rami repu note 5-4 so I actually like all of that pretty much now about the display the one thing that I don't relax still and I would wish for them to finally
change that when we use automatic contrast yes we can change the white balance but what we can't do is do the same in increased contrast and the reason why I'm using this automatic
contrast in bright situations in sunlight just over contrast things and then you get double conscious which is not that nice to see so you kinda need to use increased contrast where we actually get pretty nice colors I just have to say that because generally they are a little bit saturated which is nice
the viewing angles are good maximum white point would be 540 Lux which is a little bit of above F average the IPS close totally solid black levels are good but what I've noticed that this
display in normal use while you are just looking at pictures or while you are
watching video is fine but what I've
noticed in fast movement then it shows its downsides because for example once this loads you will see that it seems to have a lower refresh rate ends quite some ghosting because fast scrolling and everything seems to wash in together so it generally doesn't feel super smooth so it doesn't feel like 60 Hertz for some reason it fits a little bit less I'm not quite sure but it is obvious I would definitely blame this on the display I am not quite sure what is going on and then for example one thing
to be mentioned there is a little bit of a black shadow generally besides theater it is an absolutely fine display not a huge issue but especially movement in fast movement this could be an issue
also a little bit in games it could have
been better about the speaker
that's good enough and that's what the speaker is because it is loud enough in most situations all is fine and it sounds generally pretty decent I mean it's warm enough rich enough it's not great and it's still that's the bottom firing mono speaker but actually for its price range it makes a pretty good job
which is definitely way better than pretty good as the headphone jack because it is still noticeably louder than so many others phones it's quite clean we get extra options like settings and presets and so on so yeah that's where they still know to deliver and the same usually is also the case for performance on xiaomi phones but in this case not quite so much because this is packin a snapdragon 660 which i've already said so many times is so close to the flagship level performance but for some reason not here because i've used enough snapdragon 616 phones to notice a difference this especially also which has to do with the screen a little bit just doesn't feel as smooth I mean it's consistent and it is smooth but it just feels to be a little bit hindered by something's so it's mostly the smoothness of the screen that I would play in the performance for because if you can see apps actually launched pretty quickly all that is good but what doesn't work quickly is the multitasking because as you can see here this this delay this is too much so generally still a solid performer that's a good job also in games doesn't really heat up and has enough
performance doesn't really get warm it
is still for its price and well above performing phone but it's yeah it can do better I'm pretty sure with updates this in the future will get better absolutely I know Xiaomi well enough for that now about the battery with the included charger a full charge takes 2010 with about 32% for a half an hour this is agood value but it supports for what I've seen quick charge for unfortunately I don't have to charge it to kind of back this up but yeah it could be faster but it's fine now at about 200 Lux one of
you tube takes 8% this is well above the average which is usually at about 12% I have to say what I still like a lot on this form just as I did last year with the note 5 is the battery life because on average on mobile data we get like seven to eight hours I would say seven and a half on average and this actually I would call a two-day phone because here I would say six to seven hours an average of six and a half standby Dre was good which for me it always is for example on the Chinese phones not so much on the global versions even though I have to say I haven't used the global version for a while so better life it's definitely it's wrong shoot about the software I'm not going to talk too much about it because this is running as you can see here 10.2 in terms of the Mui abrasion and me why throughout all its phones looks pretty much the same so there's not much to say like for example that there isn't draw that as our female dude a lot of options I want to kind of skip that and talk about things that are
missing once again unfortunately no NFC
there is also only white one L free so no net fix in HD and yet no band 20 version but this is just a matter of time until that one will come when it comes to Wi-Fi reception that almost absolutely not just as well as the reception of mobile data call quality as well so also not much to say here the only thing that I would have to mention this obviously is the Chinese version which has some annoyances that will get definitely sorted out in the global version like bloat and maybe some service is not syncing so much so overall it's a solid UI not everyone likes it maybe you have to customize a few things about it generally works out pretty well so let's talk about the cam and about the camera app I just want to say this you can use it absolutely not a problem but it does all it does like it did in the past I want to tell you that you should use the G chem the ported one from the pixel app from the pixel free just work so better because we have things like for example night size it's pretty easy to install you just need to install the apk and you generally get a way better camera experience and you will hear me say this throughout the camera part a lot which I will start off right now with the front cam and here I have to say that it is pretty good actually pretty nice and sharp the bokeh mode is also that's something that Xiaomi knows to do for quite a while already now and here for example noticethat G cam actually messes this up a little bit because I like the bokeh generally more on the G chem than on any other cam but here for example whenever you use the the soft mode everything else gets often loses details so bouquet mode not so much here and the same also goes actually for the front video because on the main camera app it is totally okay generally find good color balance white balance sharpness quality generally is good the crop is not that big but it's not really stabilized which it is with the G cam but here the EIS works a little bit art it's also heavily cropped in and it's also quite jewelry so a little bit of an odd shake is there so generally for the front cam I would say use the stock cam but for everything else from now on I would say use the G cam because results will be very much better because for example low-light I mean it's not that good I would say it's quite soft but that's also a thing that works for a G chem all the focus in lower light situations doesn't work someone especially on smaller objects but if you use G chem especially with night sight you will get a lot more details in the pictures they will be brighter and definitely better quality but I've seen better cameras here about
the camera on the back generally
actually quite good Carlson eyes the autofocus in general situations works good white parents's good details are good but once you use G chem everything gets I would say definitely significantly better and improves the overall quality by at least half a star because yes it seems to kind of sometimes seem to over sharpen but generally you get way more details and everything feels so much better more realistic so this bumps up this camp Foreman above average mid range came to a noticeably above average budget camp about the video on the back well on the main app I don't know why then I could show this it has no 4k we are limited at 1080p 30 and 1080p 60 a lot so 720 but I have to say that 1080p no matter what doesn't look good on his phone it just looks way too washed out way to smooth all the folks and everything works out well but I would definitely once again have to say use the G camp it has 4k and it has yesterd works a little bit more natural it's just a way better solution in general so what I see in general is a lot of potential for Xiaomi to improve this phone it's absolutely a thing they can do it the software is pretty early on on this phone but those updates those optimizations have to be done because I absolutely don't get that no one that not everyone wants to use a third party of I mean it's not a huge deal to install it but it shouldn't be something that you just have to but in this case it kind of is a must-have or a master do the microphone itself I have to say is quite clean it's not really rich but it's okay and generally a little bit less tinny than it was in the past so I'm good with that and that's it about the camera okay so I actually want to start off the conclusion by answering one question that I think a lot of people have should I upgrade from the xiaomi redmi note 5 to the 7 and here my definite answer is no because even though a few things get better a lot of things also stayed about the same which doesn't make it really a worthwhile upgrade but everyone was coming from something weak or older or cheaper definitely should take this one into consideration because I'm absolutely sure about one thing and a price of around $200 and we all know the price will actually drop quite quickly this will be one of the best budget phones in 2019 just like the five was but also if you ask me should you buy it I would at least tell you that you should put into consideration if you want something a little bit bigger and maybe are able to pay a little bit more you should go for the poker phone f1 because we were suffering 8:45 even better speakers even better battery life it is just a morefuture-proof phone that gives you even
more maybe a better bang for your buck I mean it's not quite sure and I'm pretty sure that there are people who this will work better for then the pooka phone f1 because they maybe don't want plastic build or something like that although they wanted us something more small and compact it might make sense and both definitely deliver a great bang for your back but other than that I don't really see any bigger competition at around $200 or less for this phone just like it was in the past there are many that come close but not really that actually are a threat to it and that's where I'm gonna leave it and the next time byAdmin 18.24 New Google SEO Bandung, Indonesia
Redmi Note 7 Pro review - Best of the Best, Xiaomi
Posted by Smartphone Review on Kamis, 03 Januari 2019
the iPhone tennis max has just had its six-month anniversary
and we're gonna go in-depth with which features and changes made our experience with it really special as well as some of the features
that turned out to be gimmicks compared to the iPhone 10 the regular tennis
isn't really much different and to be honest it's not worth the upgrade now the tennis max is where things get pretty interesting the six and a half inch display is truly incredible it makes a UI wider in it's so immersive compared to the smaller size the notch did say the exact same size but since
the screen is much larger it seems so much smaller now and it's not as
distracting anymore the display itself is pretty awesome it one display mates best display of the
Year award but the galaxy s 10 is coming in the display is probably better I'll be doing a comparison as soon as we get our hands on the S 10 tomorrow so make sure to sub see don't miss out on that after 6 months of using the iPhone 10 s max without a case it's now got a bunch of micro scratches on the stainless steel band especially on the top but you can easily polish them out I recommend using a tempered glass screen protector since max's iphone got a couple of scratches on it within the first couple of days i've had mine on since i bought it and it hasn't chipped or cracked once i'll leave a link to it in the description below it's only been six months since i switched from an iphone 8
plus and i'm already used to all of the gestures my absolute favorite is swiping
left and right on the home bar to switch between apps it's so much quicker than
using touch ID i still use cable charging more than wireless since the battery life is so great that i simply plug it into the wall every night before bed the difference in battery life.
coming from the iphone 10 is massive the iphone tennis max seems to last forever
and anyone hungry for extra battery life to just buy the max instead of buying one of those silly battery packs backs and wireless charging it's great if you work in an office setting just place your iphone on a wireless charging stand and you'll be going home from work every day with a completely full battery the most annoying thing about the 10's is that you still get a slow 5 watt charger in the box it doesn't really matter for overnight charging but if you're trying to get some quick juice it sucks to have to buy additional accessories for fast charging I'm fairly confident that the 2019 iPhones will come with apples 18 watt USB C power adapter so I'm really excited for that the speakers are simply incredible much than the ones in my old eight-plus and the stereo separation is so much better than on other Android phones face ID is awesome and it works so reliably now that I don't miss touch ID one bit I have a friend who refused to upgrade because of the lack of touch ID and when he eventually did he got used to it almost instantly and now he's really happy with it he only mentioned a couple of downsides where a face ID won't work when it's laying flat on a table and it has issues when you're laying down the new iPad pro has faced ID and it works in any orientation so hopefully the next iPhone will be getting this as well after a week or two with this phone I basically never used an emoji again it's honestly a gimmick so don't count that in your decision-making process it's been over a year since the iPhone 10 was released
and they are now tons of apps that use face ID for logging in and I've got to say that it's so convenient that it changes the way you'll use your phone, forever onto the cameras portrait selfies are amazing they make selfies look countless times better however I basically never use any of the portrait lighting filters they honestly don't turn out that well what I really enjoy.
is the new adjustable book of feature this is an absolute game changer and I use this all the time this feature alone helps the 10s be a significant step up from the iPhone 10 now that rear cameras are insane the dynamic range is incredible in the quality looks amazing I bought my wife an iPhone 10s and she's been taking awesome looking photos for her business with a little bit of editing they can look somewhat like professional DSLR photos so it's a great
investment for any business however there is a problem with it and that's the whole beauty gate dilemma photos just look a bit flat and they lack contrast unfortunately it's also the main reason why the dynamic range is so good so you can't really have the best of both worlds without editing each
photo now let's talk about performance the new seven nanometer 8-12 processor gives us a decent boost and processor performance over the 10 in a massive boost in graphics performance this makes playing demanding games like fortnight incredibly detailed and smooth even at 60 frames per second however in basic day-to-day tasks I honestly didn't notice much of a difference coming from my
about the iPhone 10s max is a size to be.
iPhone 8 plus both phones are already so powerful that the UI is perfectly smooth on either phone we finally reached the where we're no longer limited by hardware and any extra performance is used for shooting better quality video at higher frame rates and basically just flexing realistically the best part
completely honest if there was only the smaller iPhone 10s this year I wouldn't
have upgraded the size is really what makes this phone worth it if you still haven't upgraded and you're thinking of doing so here's my advice if you already have an iPhone 10 don't upgrade to the
iPhone 10s you won't feel much of a difference apart from the camera features and you'll ultimately be disappointed instead go for the iPhone 10s Max and you'll easily feel where your cash went the iPhone 10 R is also a great option for the budget minded but the display sucks and it's really thick
compared to the iPhone 10s now if you're still using an iPhone with touch ID then the smaller iPhone 10s will be a great upgrade for you and if you've used and enjoyed plus models of iPhones then I recommend going with the tennis max and finally if your current iPhone works fine then I would honestly wait it out.
and see what Apple's got in store for us with their 2019 iPhones this has been

Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus Review
for most of the past decade as Samsung Galaxy S has been the default choice for most of us who don't want an iPhone in part that's a consequence of Samsung's colossal marketing budget and retail
dominance here in the West but equally Samsung didn't get to where it is by making crappy phones the recent Galaxy S pedigree is one of consistent.
predictable brilliance and in its 10th anniversary year the king of the Android world continues to reign supreme to quickly recap the Galaxy S 10 series is in fact made up of four phones the
Galaxy S 10 S 10 E and s 10 Plus you can buy right now as well as a bigger slightly upgraded 5g version debuting some countries later in the year in this review I'm going to concentrate on the top model most of us will be considering.
the S 10 plus most of this review
applies to the standard s 10 to across all three models though you witness the latest evolution of the design language Samsung started way back with the galaxy s6 lustrous metal and shimmering glass each color has its own slightly iridescent hue and the aluminium side walls are now polished into anostentatious mirror finish this year Samsung flagship is a touch more angular
and a lot shinier than last year's models it's a little easier to one hand as a result though still very slippery all of the time which is why you may want to pick up a skin from this video's sponsor D brand not only the D brand's high quality device skins give your s10 a unique look but it'll also go a long way towards making sure it doesn't fly out of your hand when you try take a photo or tap out a message I'm a big fan of D brands concrete and bamboo finishes that you see here which really change up the enhance feel but these guys have a ton of different textures and colors in
skins for all three Galaxy S 10 models
has some people up in arms
Samsung stock wallpapers do a good job of hiding it but honestly even when I'm in a regular app I have a hard time caring about the screen cutouts it's there I can deal with it and in my time with the phone I found it less distracting than most of the notch based alternatives what the cutout provides is the impression of a larger screen area with virtually no noticeable borders to the point where the first generation infinity displays seem dated by comparison
obviously display quality has always been a strength for Samsung and I'm sure
exactly no one will be surprised to see that the s10 plus screen walks away
with top marks from specialist reviewer display mate these days a best-in-class screen is just par for the course for a new Samsung flagship I have been truly impressed with this phone's display
though particularly under the very bright sunshine here in Barcelona and
that's me personally coming from a galaxy note 9 which already had a
phenomenal screen.
flagship phones have been basically fast enough for the past couple years now nevertheless Samsung layers on the upgrades in its s10 models in both the s10 and the STM plus you get eight gigs
of ram plus 128 gigs of storage a welcome upgrade considering the base
model s9 had only four plus 64.
number-crunching power is provided by either core comp snapdragon 855 which i've been using here in this US model of the galaxy s 10 plus or Samsung's own
Exynos 98 20 oversees both chips are lightning quick on Android 9 PI though
with one disappointing difference that we'll get to later in this review an
equally important part of this phone's hardware is the handful of features that
stand as the antithesis of the iPhone the S 10 plus still has a headphone jack
and removable storage and in Europe and Asia optional dual SIM support if you buy unlocked in fact these days the inclusion of a fingerprint scanner at all is kind of a rebuff of Apple the S
10 nest m+ include a new ultrasonic in screen fingerprint scanner from Qualcomm that's a little better than the previous generation of optical scanners but honestly still far from perfect it's slower and less reliable than the capacitive sensors of the s9 and Note 9 requires more pressure on the screen to
use and is probably the phone's biggest Hardware weakness overall the good thing
face unlock is also supported and works pretty reliably so neither of these
unlock features is 100% perfect but it is good to have options.
not only has Samsung's Hardware undergone its biggest transformation in two years the software has also seen a major overhaul we got a preview of the
Galaxy S 10 software with the Android Pi updates on the Galaxy S 9 and note 9
and the S 10 itself ships with version 1.1 of Samsung's one UI also based on Android PI 1 UI includes a bunch ofchanges designed to reflect the nature of modern smartphones and to help with
one-handed use on these super-tall handsets at the same time there are some
purely cosmetic changes that move us away from the sci-fi polygonal aesthetic
of the old Samsung experience 9 icons and menus are big blocky chunky rounded
and colorful the layout of many of Samsung's own apps has also been changed
to move important controls down to the bottom of the screen for easier reach
ability while at the same time there's this over scroll animation that fills
out the top part of the screen and lets you reach many items at the top more
easily Suchong also has its own system level night mode toggle now which you can
either set on a timer or use permanently Samsung has finally gotten on board with
digital well being - with its own version of Google's screen time
management feature you can track which apps you're using and limit your overall
time or time within specific apps plus if you want to take advantage of the
entirety of that 6.4 inch display Samsung has a new fullscreen gesture
mode that lets you swipe up from where the on-screen keys would normally be for
most of my time with the S 10 plus though I've kept with the good old
fashioned on-screen buttons one UI as a whole is a bit more approachable than
Samsung's earlier software but it still feels like you're using a Samsung phone
right down to some of the animations and the haptics and even the occasional UI
blunder like the folder view here which is bafflingly hard to reach with only
one hand of course Samsung's bixby assistant returns - as well as bakes me
home getting a bit of a visual overhaul bigsby routines now lets you program
things to happen automatically based on the time of day the location battery
level and a bunch of other criteria
that's on top of everything else that bigsby could already do like using bit
speed vision to find information on your surroundings but if you're not a fan of
Bixby and I know that applies to a lot
of people and finally a single press of the victory button can now be remapped
to do other more useful things honestly one UI is
about the best we could have hoped for from Samsung software in 2019 despite a
few visual quirks one UI is mature speedy and generally good-looking this
is the first Samsung reviewer I've had basically no software complaints and
that's no small achievement for the company one of the big upgrades you're
probably gonna see coming from an older galaxy is the s tens new triple camera
setup unlike last year both the regular and the plus models have the same three
rear cameras there's an upgraded version
of the 12 megapixel sensor from the s9 with the same F 1.5 to 2.4 variable
aperture and that's paired with the 2 x telephoto also a 12 megapixels and a new
16 megapixel ultra-white camera the first inner Samsung flagship all three
cameras also benefit from Samsung say I see knee enhancement from last year's
phones which now comes with a couple of new features best shot detection can
help you figure out the best framing for your photo though I found this gave me
very mixed results and there's also a new night modes well sort of we'll get
to that one later the super slo-mo feature from the s9 gets a modest upgrade to it's still 960 frames per
second and 720p but the duration has now doubled to a more generous 0.4 seconds
you will still need plenty of natural light to use this mode however to be
honest though the main and telephoto cameras are pretty minor of great compared to last year's galaxies I've seen subtle improvements in exposure and dynamic range compared to the note 9
I've been using recently but you really have to pixel peep hard to see the difference more than either the main or the telephoto the real reason to get
excited about photography on the s10 is that new ultra wide camera I've enjoyed
cameras like this on LG and Huawei phones over the years but I think samsung's version is the most versatile I've ever used it even holds up remarkably well in low lifes better than either the LG v 40 or while a May 20 pros wide-angle cameras dynamic range in color clarity is exceptional and you get a field of view that's just wide enough to shoot dramatic shots without distortion starting to creep in fact wide-angle video on the s10 plus.
might be my favorite part of the entire camera experience the main difference compared to
ultralight cameras in other phones isn't the image quality alone though that is, impressive it's how well Samsung's image.
stabilization works even with this incredibly vast viewports and even in extremely challenging lighting like shooting directly into the Sun here no other phone camera does this better that
said I did still run into a little bit of performance wonk when quickly
changing between the three rear cameras.
particularly in video mode around front the s10 plus is differentiated by its twin selfie camera setup which gives you
an optional wider view while also helping with depth calculation in some of the front-facing portrait effects the extra field of view isn't as wide as the pixel threes and generally I found this
wasn't all that useful compared to shooting with the wide-angle front camera on the pixel while we're talking.
portrait effects by the way Samsung's live focus mode is back and a little bit
more reliable than an older galaxy phones plus it's been upgraded with some
neat visual effects like color pop and it's funky crash zoom effect
it's classic Instagram fodder for sure, but also a pretty fun addition to
complement the straight-up portrait mode so we've established the galaxy s10 has excellent cameras but as good as they are there is one big thing missing from the equation that's a top tier dedicated
low light mode the s10 has a feature called bright night that activates
automatically in darkest scenes but this isn't even in the same league as the champion of low light that is Google's night sight mode difference is the pixel 3s camera trades speed for imaging
excellence with Samsung it's the reverse.
for the most part the results in the s10 plus are perfectly fine really good even
in low-light conditions but for a phone this expensive they're lacking that you're dropping star quality that you get from say a pixel 3 or a huawei p20, probe anyway let's round out by talking
battery performance the s10 plus boasts a major upgrade in capacity compared to the s8 and s9 with 4100 milliamp hours built-in even more than last year's galaxy note 9 and the Snapdragon 855.
version I've been using is giving me epic longevity it's at that magic 5 to 6
hours screen on time mark across a full day that means that whatever I'm doing I
don't need to worry about my phone dying I know with confidence that it's gonna
last well into the evening and perhaps even beyond what's a little disappointing is that even though
samsung's wireless charging spec is faster than ever on the galaxy s 10 it
still lags behind Huawei oneplus and
other Chinese brands on why of charging speeds with such a large battery that's
a downside should you ever run into the need for a midday refill plus although
the Snapdragon Galaxy S 10 has been
delivering great battery life for me we're hearing mixed results from other
members of the Android central team who have the Exynos version that's
compounded by reports that the Exynos models also score lower in synthetic
benchmarks will circle back on performance on the Exynos models in a
future video so the unavoidable question with any new Samsung flagship is whether
it's the best Android phone you can fire right now for the galaxy s 10 plus I've
used I think undoubtedly the answer is yes it's easy to get drawn into how one
or two phones can beat it in one or two areas for the overall package the
consistent quality across everything this phone does is where Samsung wins
that makes the Galaxy S ten series an easy pick
just about everyone it is predictably brilliant it is the safe choice once again and this year that safe choice is better than ever before that's gonna wrap up our Galaxy S 10 plus video
review thanks again to D Brown for sponsoring this video hit the link in the description to check out their line of skins for all three, Galaxy S 10 models thanks of course to all of you for watching and remember to
